  Very nice hotel
  Nice room with comfortably bed and pillow.Room with big balcony.
  Good breakfast.
  The staff is very helpfull and always smile.
  The only thing miss its a fridge in the room.
  I recommand this hotel.

  Our private double room was beautiful! Much bigger than we needed and such a comfy bed. We got a good rate of 30 USD which was definitely reasonable considering how huge and clean the room and bathroom were. Lovely treat we needed for one night.

  IQ Inn was a fabulous experience. I was only there one night, but the 6 bed dorm room had the softest, largest beds of any dorm I've stayed in. Clean towels, a spotless toilet with a high end vanity, and enough space for all of my baggage. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. The manager, Anousith, made sure I was completely taken care. They even flagged a Tuk Tuk for my ride to the airport to ensure I wasn't over charged. The breakfast was delicious, the wifi incredibly reliable, and the location was perfect. It was a perfect stay for me. Would highly recommend.

  Smelly dorm with no windows. Also trying to tell you that breakfast is not included even though you pay 7€ when you book on Hostelworld instead of 4€ when you just walk in.

  We booked the dorm and we were the only ones in the room. I don't really care about a super clean room but you could tell some beds sheets were definitely not changed from the last guests. Other than that it was pretty good. It doesn't look as this is normal because all other guests say this place is great so take what I say with a grain of salt

  The hotel is very well located near restaurants and close to the mount Phu Si.
  The staff working here were helpful and friendly. They cared for asking you about your stay and how your day was! Really nice!
  The Bedroom: we booked an en suite for a couple and got the first floor room. It was spacious and very well groomed. Very good mattress and pillows. Wifi and air-con in the room were good too.
  The Bathroom: could be better. Due to its weird shape, the whole room gets wet when you turn on the shower, which is is handheld, also the water does not drain well and gets accumulated. The towels look old and have stains.
  The breakfast: it is convenient to have it but it is as simple as it gets: 1 egg to your liking, coffee, toast and some chopped fruit. My husband asked for some juice on the first day with no success but on the second day, the boy literally ran outside to get him some fresh oranges for a juice - that's that extra mile.
  We do recommend you walk in to it since you'll pay a better deal than we did by booking it in advance.
