Didn't stay at the hotel but stopped in to eat at their newly opened N2K Cafe on my way through Pakse. Only 2 mins away from the bus station, prices are great, food is amazing, and the staff are even better. Almost missed our bus because the owners were so friendly! I've never really wrote a review for a restaurant before but this time I had to. Highly recommend.

Edit: Saw that someone said they don't understand english? The owners and staff that we met all spoke very good english and talked with us the whole night.

It's expensive for what you get. We paid $32cad for a basic double bed with private bathroom. The rooms are large. The first room we had the AC didn't work so we moved across the hall. It's an older building and they are working at making it better. The patio door didn't close properly so there was a gap for mosquitos. The shower was nice, good pressure. Cleanliness could be improved, lots of gecko poop and dust bunnies. Also the conditioner supplied in the shower had totally solidified.

Breakfast is okay. We weren't asked and we're eventually provided with a pancake. I'm celiac and when mentioned I couldn't eat it they made me a nice veggie stir-fry.

The best part here are the staff. They are all friendly and helpful. Maybe a little more updates and work on the building and it would be worth the price.

here was my very first place that I stayed for the first time I came to Laos. an old guesthouse has been built very long time ago with no wifi connection, the facility is quite old.

WIFI was difficult to access but otherwise very happy with our stay. On Friday night a car was parked at nearby corner playing loud music but it stopped at 11pm and Saturday night was fine.

room and bathrom were clean and tidy with fresh towels and shampoo. its supposedly a japanese themed place. breakfast was included but was not great, it was spicy miso soup with noodles no other choice, (-1 point). morning staff seemed not to speak much english.

i was dissapointed when i came down to breakfast that they were more interested in eating their own breakfast than bringing mine. i had to go myself and ask them whil they were eating for mine (-1 point)

Make sure you bring a towel and maybe extra blankets. It is a hostel more than a hotel. It is a place to stay and that's all anybody should really want in Pakse

I had a great stay in the dorm room at this hotel. $8USD per night. Washroom is close by and i had the dorm and washroom all to myself! It felt like home.
