  Really good room, view on the waterfalls wasn't that great, we were there during low season. Restaurant wasn't opened for dinner and you are kind of in the middle of nowhere, so it was hard for us to get some dinner. I think we were the only one at the resort at the time. I think it would be a nice place during high season but I don't recommend going there during low season

  The resort is even better in real than in the photos. I don't understand they just have 3 stars, because i feel this is a 4-star place (especially the waterfall and garden deluxe rooms) yes, the designs and cabins are in a rustique design but that fits this place perfectly and i truly appreciated this. About our stay: wonderful stay, highly recommend this place for at least 4-5 nights to enjoy the nature and completely unwind and relax from daily life. If you love nature and good food it's wonderful. To summarize: we stayed in another resort nearby and had a very bad experience there. We decided to move to this waterfall resort but had low expectations, we know that hospitality is a "hit and miss" around here. We booked for 1 week initially but ended up staying over 2 weeks, just because we felt so relaxed here. We ate at the restaurant every single day due to the good quality food and found the resort big enough to do running or outdoor exercises (no gym needed). There's another luxury resort closer to Pakse but we ended up cancelling our stay there because we found out that Ban e-tu was greener, better priced and hillier, and located about 100meter higher, so the air is a bit cooler (really no a/c needed). If you're looking for the best quality/value in the area, do not doubt and book this place. Location wise it's perfect too. I will definitely come back here next year.
  
  Note that it seems they changed their name and that the new name is "Falls view resort Tad e-tu" although i'm not entirely sure as the info online is confusing.

  Wow, didn't stay in the accommodation as it was too expensive, but nice people and a great view. Cheaper than the other falls to visit too.
