Great staff, very attentive. Lovely food and the coffee is good. The environment is almost there, but in my opinion too many hard reflective surfaces, a few more soft furnishings scattered around or on the wall would stop the institutional soundscape.

This place is amazing. Quality food, quality staff, a great clean place to eat and relax. I had the eggplant wrap with beet juice and ginger tea. Was impressed with the presentation and care for the food. Will go here as many times as I can before we leave Vientiane!

It’s the only cafe I know of that is friendly to us Gluten Free folks. The food is so lovely, reasonably priced and healthy. I enjoy the wraps and the burger. They even have gluten free brownies. The staff are always is helpful with a smile. And it’s got good WiFi and a fun area for kids to play. It’s seriously my favorite place to go. It’d be even better if they had gluten free French toast, but otherwise it’s perfect.

I can't speak more highly of this cafe. Excellent food and beverages. The under cover/all weather playground was a hit with my kids and made my time there so Michele enjoyable.

The staff are super friendly and helpful and the setting was relaxed with lots of places to sit.

I wish I lived in Vientienne so I could go more often! Particularly because of the playground and the good food!

Had an Americano and it was exactly what I needed. Better than Starbucks. Did not try the food, but hope to be back again soon. The cafe is clean with a 'modern' look. Staff are friendly. Keep up the good work!

Really nice relaxing atmosphere and customer service. Coffee is of a good enough quality to not have to add sugar. Ordered their Taco Bowl as a vegetarian meal - would have been nice to have extra beans since they just took the meat out for it to be vegetarian but otherwise was a nice light meal with good flavours :)

Super nice staff and good food. Child friendly out the back but still quiet enough to to enjoy your coffee and relax or work at the front. They have/ make gluten free wraps and sometimes have a this-will-give-you-diabetes brownie.

Coffee came almost cold. Out of four dishes ordered two of them were completely wrong, not at all what we ordered and one was right but they left off the bacon. But they did straighten out the food which was pretty good. Met the owner who was very nice. I would definitely go again. Any restaurant can screw up an order. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt though the cold coffee is a bit strange

Good service boys and girls, 3 of them but the rest are so so. The coffees and drinks are good but needs improvement. Some food items are good but that "Fish and Chips" come with no "chips" but fries with small cut fish portions. The cookies are "ok" but very small. Very stingy on the AC where the kids eat. The owner(s) guys are nice but needs to wake up because competitions are on the raise and way way better few doors down.

Decent menu and good service. They helped connect my laptop to the wifi when it didn't work. Wifi was a bit slow (1.4 Mbps) but expected in Laos.

Very western coffee shop. Friendly English speaking staff. They have soy milk!!! And great veg options. Restrooms were clean and they had a kids play place. Thought that was cool. It's in the back. Separate from the rest of the cafe.

Came here for some tea, which was disappointing. It's a nice place so I was expecting the good ginger tea - like the ground up ginger powder with a spicy kick. Instead I got a Twinings tea bag which was not enough for the large pot of water. Granted the tea was less than what I've paid at other places (12,000 kip here vs 20,000 ish for the good stuff), but I'd rather pay more for strong quality tea.

Service was friendly, chairs were comfy, good wifi and has a play area in the back for the kiddos.

Great food, coffee, and baked goods. Best multi-grain bread that I've found here. Safe to say all items on the menu are excellent. Usually I don't consider salads a meal, but their salads qualify.

Common Grounds has a very relaxing atmosphere, with plenty of comfortable seating and helpful staff. We ordered a Lao Coffee and iced latte on this visit. Both were quite good and the price - 16k kip and 18k kip respectively. Their WiFi is also pretty fast.
