  I really liked staying here. Room prices are clearly posted at the reception desk (most were either 70k or 100k). They have two buildings now; we stayed in the older one, in a double with a bathroom that was across the hall but just for us (we had a tiny key and padlock combo for it) for 70k. Both the room and bathroom were clean, nice light in the room, the bed was comfortable, the wifi pretty good for Laos, hot water and water pressure were both great.
  
  I really liked the communal patio up on our second floor. I was hoping it would be a little more social, but it was still a really nice place to sit and work or read. There was free hot water, instant coffee and tea out there all the time.
  
  I recommend staying here!

  For 70 000kips (payed in advance) for night it is good value. You can make yourself coffee or tee for free. Only issue was wi-fi which sometimes worked sometimes not.

  Very nice guesthouse in a quiet street, directly up the hill from the pier, nice room, cold/hot water refills, good wifi and free coffee or tea. The terrasse is nice but I didn't notice the river viewSat tv in every room (useless for most Westerners). Recommended.

  Suffisamment très bien pour le prix (70000 Kips). Propre, agréable avec terrasse collective où l'on a du café et thé gratuit. Eau chaude dans la douche et lit très confortable. Calme et proche restaurants et petits commerces et de l'embarcadère. Il manque juste une belle vue.

  ພັກຢູ່ບ່ອນນີ້ເປັນປະຈຳ ໃນເວລາມາເຮັດວຽກຢູ່ເມືອງຂວາ Usually stay here when come to Khoua district on working mission. It is the cleanest among other guesthouses in this town

  Très agréable guesthouse. Grande chambre lit confortable salle de bain avec de l'eau chaude balcon commun avec vue sur la rivière et possibilité de se faire un thé ou un café. . Pour 100000 kip soit 12 € c'est une très bonne adresse. Pas de petit déjeuner mais on trouve plusieurs adresses à 2 pas. Très près de l'embarcadère des bateaux

  We stayed in the more expansive Rooms an d therefore payed 100.000 kip. Big room, very Clean, good and big bed, terasse in Front of the Room (not a direct Access). Good WiFi, good bathroom with hot shower.
