I decided to book a full day climbing with these guys after walking around checking out the gear at the different climbing schools in town and comparing them on TripAdvisor. A decision that I don't regret after seeing how instructors from one of the other schools behaved at the wall.
We were a group of four people with different climbing experience, I have climbed for about three years. After a common safety introduction we paired up with the one with similar level and started to climb. Nom (our guide/instructor) was supportive and focused the whole day and speaks good English. He kept safety on absolutely higest level, the gear was in good condition, the lunch was tasty and a filling portion and at the end of the day Nom was more than just a guide he was our friend.

I couldn't have asked for a better rock climbing experience. Nom was an incredibly knowledgeable and amicable guide who made sure everyone felt comfortable on the rock while also maintaining a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. I would highly recommend him to anyone regardless of their prior climbing experience
