  Great place for an icecream or a delicious latte. In the new restaurant next to the icecream/bakery they sell hotpot (50.000 kip or less)

  Excellent ice cream taste and many selections. Had coconut and durian flavor. Good Price. 12,000 kip for the two scoops.
