I'm staying in here now.
We are staying 2nd floor. Thr room is enough big and aircon is new-quiet, that's important thing. The room is clean and staff is very very very kind. There is no porblem to communicate in English.
We can use hot water every time you want-in the other villa we cant' but weather is never cold. The water pressure is good in bath but the sink is week.
I think it's very reasonable price place cuz the accommodation in luangprabang is more expensive than another city in Laos.response / report this review -

WE stayed there late last year and found the location fantastic. The monks go straight past the door and the staff are so helpful. Just a few blocks from the main tourist area makes the surrounds that more natural. We were 9 photographers and found the rooms upstairs fantastic. Enjoy!

Some rooms are clean and comfortable. Others aren't as nice. Reception is patchy with language and attendance. Overall solid basic guesthouse.
