  Long waiting time.
  Ordered a steak and drink, waited half an hour for the drink, and waited one and half hour for the steak.
  The atmosphere is quite nice, and the place is also clean. The food is okay, but the waiting time is way too long.

  Really overpriced place and very average cuisine. Never been so upset with these types of restaurants. Although service is good enough, the cooking side is not up to the expectations.

  You could order a hookah for 21$. There is a lot of choices to buy some special Japan's cuisine food.

  According to my friend, it is the worst place, because disabled and pregnant people are not welcomed here. I will never go there and will never recommend to go there. Unacceptable attitude towards customers!

  Very overpriced. The staff acted like I was disabled, just because I spoke English. Plus, they took like 45 minutes to tell us that icecream wasnt avaliable when we ordered it before.

  Food - far from authentic Japanese cuisine. Average, and adapted to the local taste
  Atmosphere-both loud and quiet spaces are available
  Service - do you even look at the menu to at least know what is going on

  While the atmosphere was nice (except when the music was blaring), the quality was miserable. There is a lot of very bad sushi in Astana, and Yakitoriya fits right in. This was disappointing, because I have experienced much better in other restaurants in the Yakitoriya chain (in Russia).
