We have recently stayed in this hotel. A.C. was not working in so many rooms. and breakfast was not up to the mark for Indian taste

A big no to the hotel.currently staying in the hotel feeling cheated ..breakfast horrible everything is finished before you ask.
Indian friends I will advise you not to go .
They are not interested in giving service.

This is an average hotel in Almaty. There are better options. The rooms were hot and lacked proper ventilation. The breakfast was mediocre and overall experience was of discomfort.

Rooms are good however customer service is bad. They accused you for stealing there stuff as towels and also not paying your bills for any home service extra that you asked for.

Bad customer service, poor communication, find some insects in the food and they did nothing about it, they try to take money from you when you check out in different way as they say there is missing stuff in the room or you didn't pay for your food, they even open your bag to search for towel or something just to make you pay to finish the check out to catch your flight. Dont stay there and avoid this mistake.

The MCC KZ upscale contract place. Nice, very new (with few issues due to being new). Not central, but with sauna and pool. Nice breakfast, too - and big rooms

Very bad service it's not fit to be called one star hotel also we don't get bases service like diniking water tissue paper towel etc only full night call girls coming and going think 10 times before coming

The best value hotel in Almaty. Staff is excellent, very prompt to help with everything! Super clean facilities, brand new equipment. On the minus side of things, there were mainly meat options for breakfast, and the fitness center wasn't open when I was there.
