One of the prestige hotels in Almaty. Located off center, but conveniently along the street leading to Medeo and Shymbulak. Deserves full four star or a low five star rating.

Do not ask for help to get a taxi, the price you will pay like 6times more than what you should pay. Razor they give for shaving is joke. Rooms are roomy

Loved it. Nice hotel. It is uptown location with beautiful mountain view. Depending on where u need to reach it might be bit far to commute so avoid peak hours. Otherwise loved it.

It has a nice view and all but we found a dead fly on one of the pillows (royal tulip is a 5 star hotel) overall its really pretty but kinda dirty

Had a business meeting in this hotel. Looks as 5 Star hotel, but service is poor. Personal not friendly, food quality is average. No carpet on floors, so when smdb goes in or out of the room during meeting, shoes knocking disturb other people. That is not the case in other 5 Star hotels in Almaty.

Good hotel. Had a great Papardelle with Salmon. Definitely weird situation with the guarantee system with cash. If you want to see alot of people then go downtown .

Ok hotel. Weird card or money deposit warranty system. Spa and saunas overrated.. jaccusis did not function service mediocre.

“Nice hotel but far from the city center”

A good hotel for business stay but a bit far from the city center. It has meeting rooms. The best asset it has is the rooms - they are really huge. Anyone will appreciate that. The bathroom is also very large and has both bath and shower plus a make-up table for women. I was impressed. The floor is electrically warmed. Breakfast is reach enough to fit different tastes. Don't know about the prices as it was paid buy our partners. The staff must learn more about proficiency if serving customers, they need some time to.
