Nice place, check water coming in shower if you are staying at 5 th floor.

Good hotel, not bad location. Very nice spa were you will not meet a lot of people. I was mostly alone there in the spa. Restaurants close by, just make sure to ask for a heater if you will be staying on upper floors.

If you want a bad room, no service (nobody will clean the room or even make the bed) the worst breakfast ever And, more particularly, the most bitter angry unfriendly staff you will see around in the hospitality business world for U$200 a night then this is your place!

Archaic hotel. Would have expected the receptionist (some, not all) to at least have a certain level of professionalism. "Oh, you can only complain in the morning," "The rates are always different". Would have never expected these kind of words to come out from a mouth of a receptionist.

При попытке заказать- номер предложили позвонить позже, так как на данный момент заняты. При этом даже не поинтересовались откуда звонок. Похоже персоналу наплевать на посетителей.
Однако заявляют 4 звездочки.
When you try to booking number, you will be suggested to call later, because at the moment they are busy.
At the same time, they did not even ask where the call came from. It seems that the staff does not care about the visitors.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff is nice and helpful. They even have a SPA that is 24 hours available. However, the building inside is old and dated rooms, the room doors are very bad with a big gab underneath meaning every sound in the hallway you heard very well. It was my biggest issue that all night long it was very noisy and woke up all the time. Also the room temperature you can’t adjust to your liking.

Fine hotel, clean, good service. During my stay in Astana, it was minus 32 degrees. The hotel was very warm.
