Food and service was excellent. Very attentive and friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms.

I stayed here for 4 nights on holiday. Extremely luxurious place. Rooms lovely and spa a real treat and escape from heat of shymkent.
Staff are very attentive and helped arranged a day trip to Turkistan.
Good breakfast.
