Very affordable, clean, with a great service. May be bit far from the city centre, but perfect for those who are flying in/out to Almaty, helps to avoid the city traffic. Recommended

Very clean, friendly and attentive staff, good price. Although, no lift and air conditioners are very small so rooms are a bit hot in summer time

Clean, small hotel in a quiet corner of Almaty.
No elevator.
just wish my first stay here were on different circumstances. A group of us, maybe 20 or so persons were sent here by Air Astana because of flight delays and cancellations. And the hotel management was not ready for it, although it could be mostly the airline's fault. The transport was not readily arranged and there weren't enough rooms for everyone so some (me included) had to share.response / report this review -

Была в гостинице Ренион на сейфуллина 163, сегодня выехала гостиница ничего. но прошу обратить внимание руководителю на обслуживающий персонал.. администратор Арай провокатор, скандалистка, грубиянка!!!! Цена номера по букнгу 5950. за номер, по приезду 8500 за сутки, за пол суток взяли 6500. документы оформили на 6000 причём уверяя что я дала 6000. хотя я оставляла вчера другому администратору 6500

A place that is OK only for a very short stay around the airport. Staff was ok, but the standard rooms are below all standards: worn out, scratched, smelly of cigarette smoke..
