Standard in need of refurbishment, everything works, air con, hot water etc. But everything used hard. This is acceptable for the price

It's a very nice, small hotel in Almaty. A great option for those on a low budget. We stayed here already twice and were pretty satisfied.
Rooms are rather small. Breakfast was very good and what I liked - they bring it to your room. If you're staying here, make sure to try one. It's really nice.
We were told that the area here is not the best, but we had no issues. Yes, it's a bit far from the city center. But we were ordering Uber or just taking car from the street to get downtown, and it didn't cost much.response / report this review -

Good price for the quality. Friendly staff. It was exactly what I needed after my long trip. Airport pickup was much appreciated. I always hate those harassing/suspect cab drivers at airports.
English wasn't very good, but that's everywhere in Kazakhstan. It's a bit remote, but who cares after you just landed, it's basically on the way to the center anyway. Staff was very helpful and patient. I'm happy I came here.response / report this review
