This is a triumph of design and engineering of the 20th century builders. Architectural individualism of the hotel combines the achievements of modern civilization and traditional hospitality of Kazakh people. 26-storey building was the decoration of the Almaty city and the symbol of Kazakhstan earth.

Very nice. Big rooms. Good breakfast. All was ok, exept bad behaviour person in breakfast when we went alittale late. Because end time in Sunday was 11 but 10 in other daysbut nobody informef us. Negayive point for this hotel because of the worker that name was Alma wen i asked the name he said.

Onlyn3 stars because of location. Don't stay on floor 24 as the music from above will keep you awake until 3:30am. Also the new improvements need some serious money spending on them to raise the Hotel level to even a 3 star. At the moment by international standards it's a 2 star hotel with a fantastic location

Раньше было одним из самых больших зданий города, зайдя в холл кажется что там очень красиво и круто, но поднявшись повыше на этажи, там ужасная советская шарага, с рваным ленолиумом которому лет 30 уже и отдолбаными косяками, будто ремонт лет 20 не делался
