Great staff. Even better location.
Good clean and maintained room with hard bed.
Internet is free but bad - EXTREMELY random! Most of the time overloaded with connections and can't connect

We stayed for two nights, on a visa run, and shopping trip. The staff was very professional, and the hotel was very clean. The room was small, like a European room. The bathroom was a decent size, with all amenities.
The free WiFi was strong, with an antennae on each floor.
As we left for the airport at 1500, the staff let us use the room until 1400. The organized a shuttle to the airport for us, for 2500 tenge.
We did not eat in the restaurant, but we had coffee, and the menu seemed seemed varied, and reasonably priced, for Almaty.
