Clean and well presented, rooms are to a good standard and comfortable with wifi also. Location is good with many shops and parks a short walk away. Similar many restaurants also local.

Terrible customer service. Tried to scam us with extra fees for "dirty towels". Extremely rude when we confronted them about it. Said the towels were unclean-able, but wouldn't let us keep them. They said it would be $100 usd for the rooms on the phone, but when I got there charged me $120 and wouldn't honor previous agreement. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Super rude staff who upon leaving before cleaning our room demanded we pay for the "dirty towels." What hotel does that? Bad customer service.

We have visited Hotel Shymkent with my friend Anatoli.
Frankly speaking this hotel is good, and not expencive.

Clean, neat, cozy and affordable accommodation for your trip to Shymkent.
Breakfasts are better than average, however for lunch and dinner I would recommend to visit some cafes nearby.response / report this review -
