  Грязно в номере, ужасный запах,душ поломанный бежит со всех сторон,пульта от телевизора нет,громкость не работает,ни гардеробной ни хотя бы одного крючка в номере нет чтоб повесить верхнюю одежду, хоть на пол ложи. Первый раз приехали и думаю что последний. Извините.

  Приехала с дороги,ближайшая гостиница по карте оказалось гостиницей Шах. 4000 тг номер-с общим душом на два номера,за 5000тг-номер с не рабочим телеком(сами так и говорят),а вот за 6000тг-номер с норм.рабоч.телевизором).В комнате грязновато,прохладно,ванна грязная вся в ржавчинах,кровать сломатав общем Прям если выбора не будет только при этом условии.

  one of my favorite places to stay during my visits to Astana. The location provides many services including sauna, breakfast, parking. The price is very convenient to anyone who is on tight budget. Also, there is repair works in process so I am really looking forward for the update.

  I have stayed at this place a couple of times. Rooms are clear and staff is ready to help. Location is very easy to find and to get to anywhere in the city. The price is cheaper than at any comparable hotel. There are also sauna and cafe and a lot more fun things to do. Therefore, I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

  Hôtel tres éloigné du centre avec prix raisonnable sur astana. Personnel gentil. Literie inconfortable. Nous avons eu énormément de bruit . Salle de bain correct. La peinture et lieu defraichie.
