The hotel is located in the very center, near many restaurants and cafes. The hotel has its own modern gym, sauna and swimming pool. Stayed in a single superior room, the balcony went directly to the square, but this can be attributed to the advantages (excellent view), rather than to shortcomings. For such a price is quite worthy.

Staff is very professional and friendly. but rooms are small and old. room is overpriced and some of roooms don't have any view. there isn't safebox in room.

pluses. nice location in old side of the city. prices in hotel's restaurant are acceptable.

Their staff members are very friendly and supportive. Location is good for my stay. Restaurant serves decent food for breakfast and dinner. Small but Comfortable room for one guest.

Western prices but not western standard. Way too expensive, especially during the EXPO. The standard rooms are too small, especially the beds are too small for two people. The breakfast is fine, they have qite a big variety of food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Все очень удобно и гостеприимно! Сама являюсь жителем Алматы, останавливалась на 2дня. Спокойно,тихо, хорошее место для отдыха. Замечательный ресторан, очень большой ассортимент блюд, не дорого. Номера просторные, чистые, приятные. Баня сауна спа очень понравилось! Рекомендую.

Nice hotel and very comfortable location closed to the river, bars, restaurants and malls. But be aware that in a twin room you'll have to pay for the second person, that was really strange and unexpected for me. Breakfast at the hotel is ok, there's a business centre, gym and spa.

Average hotel, not 4 stars for western europe standards. Could not easyly open the window, as the bed was blocking the access. Location is though ok, some green park areas close to hotel.

It's ok. A basic hotel clean but nothing fancy. Seems to be renovating and modernising since my first visit (the bathroom was sparking new and well done). The worst thing about this place is the breakfast. The food is low quality and monotonous. All the bread is sweet, u have to pay extra for fresh orange juice and the eggs insipid.
