Great hotel. Good staff and nice rooms. The restaurant staff is much worse though. Food wasn't good cooked and they didn't bothered to ask what we wanted (no table service)

Very nice hotel with large room and great service. There is also sauna and gym. Breakfast was awesome. Desk staff speak English very well. Wifi works fast enough. There was only issue with bathroom shower - there is no curtain so when you take shower whole bathroom is wet.

I stayed here for bit more than 2 weeks. Hotel situated in great part of city. Almost middle. It's clean, quiet and cozy. Big and wide windows. Always welcoming personnel. Nice roo.s ventilation. Room declarations and simplicy is great addition. There is nothing unneeded in rooms. I personally liked a 102" big screen LCD TV in my room and free Wi-Fi entries hotel.
Also hotel have great meeting places in hall.
I'm recommending and giving 5*.

My experience here was great as I traveled to the city for work. The staff was very professional and kind during check-in and check-out. The room itself was clean and modern, as I believe this is a newer hotel. The breakfast option was great offering a wide variety of options for multinational guests. Location was superb as well.

Very efficient service which is greatly appreciated when checking in the middle of the night.
Very nice room, good wifi connection.
The breakfast is not the best I have seen but very acceptable. The location is perfectly located close to the main avenue with Astana landmark colorful tower. Several nice restaurant within a walking distance

Nice 4 star hotel, suitable for business trips. Located on the left bank with close proximity to lots of malls, business centres and government offices. Staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable.
