  Good hotel. Newly renovated. Breakfast needs more variety. Rooms are decorated well. Mirror is missing in dressing area. Overall value for money. Entrance is slightly obscure.

  This is a good hotel with all the modern amenities.good room service, good house keepingreception desk is very active.and responsivebut there is a problem in breakfast.breakfast from 7 a.m.to 10 a.m.but if u get late u won't have breakfastone day I didn't get breakfast as I was missed it because I was into the dining hall just around 10 a.m. So I blame myself and nobody else.overall I appreciate the hotel in totality.anyone can enjoy staying hereI strongly recommend staying here in this hotel with all the services.I thank all the members of the staff of Grand opera hotel in Al maty in kazakasthanthanks especially to the reception desk staff Nazarke, Ruslan, sharmin to name a fewthank u all.u all will b in my good memory

  Worst hotel experience ever all the staff even manager and security guard r commission agent of girls,at the cheque out time they ask money for towels and minibar which nobody use

  the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life.the hotel management & staff all are cheaters, they dont know anything about hospitality, they all are simply scrubbers . never ever go to this hotel.

  Otelde 1 hafta konakladım, 6.katında 6 gün wifi hizmeti yoktu, oda tavanından su akıtıyordu ve son 2 gün oda temizlenmedi yeni su ve çay verilmedi istediğimiz zaman ücret talep edildi

  Были здесь в прошлом году, было неплохо. Но сейчас звук в кабинках ужасный. Обслуживание не очень. Сильно испортилось все за год. Больше сюда не придем.
