Bayterek view 😍. Clean and well appointed business hotel. The room is big. Breakfast spread is decent. Hotel guest has free access to Bali Spa. There is a duty free shop in the premise too.
Very good location. Several times rented an apartment during business trips to the LCD Diplomat, which is right behind the hotel. The hotel itself is sound, the room is very spacious, with everything you need. Breakfast buffet, per omelet Respect. The pool and the sauna this time did not get, then the next business trip will stay at this hotel.
Hotel is nice, spa is great. Yet, the breakfest served to the room was horrible.
Nice hotel, reception is good, bar is expensive, comfort room asre about 40-50 thousand KZT, vision is perfect, my room look was to monument Baiterek
Spacious public areas and quality large rooms. At the El Gaucho I highly recommend the devil steak.
Well located and superb services. All business services available and personnel ready to assist.
Nice quiet business hotel. Good place to stay , but be prepared to deal with grumpy and not smiling staff, especially when the chambermaids need to be reminded everyday about refilling bathroom items. There is also spa and gym, but you have to walk outside to get there which can be inconvenient. Food is local good quality, and its situated in the center of the town Overall good stay
First time to visit this country, but good impression from the hotel
Wow! The hotel was in the perfect place for us. Very easy to go shopping and explore all the sights. The food and and service in the hotel are fantastic.
Сigarette smoke odor in hotels rooms, hate that!
Very convenient location for a business person
My room is decent, clean, comfortable and surprisingly big. The hotel is close to the bird's nest tower and the city centre.
Mediocre business hotel by international standards but one of the better examples in Astana. Rooms are spacious, if a little on the cold side in winter. Rooms also look tired. Reasonable lounge area downstairs which is good for meetings. Attached gym (you have to go outside to get to it) is pretty good. If I were travelling to Astana on business again and was put up here I would be happy to return.
