Nice shisha bar, or smt like that, nothing special and creative. But if you'll expand the teams of your toys, it will be more interesting for us to stay longer

Ambience and experience was good. Stake was overpriced and was overcooked in spite of asking for medium rare. Overall not worth the price.

The calming ambiance of the place slightly compensates the ordinary taste of their steaks. It is a steakhouse and nothing more, I think it's target customers are those nouveau-riche who want to spend their money in ordinary steaks and the tourists who wants to try a piece of this legendary kazakh horse steaks, but believe me, there are other restaurants in Almaty that offers tasty as well as rightfully priced steaks. The sliders are cute though. The wine selection is appaling.

I went to the crudo steakhouse in Almaty on my last day visit in Kazakhstan andunfortunately this will be my worst experience with food from the stay here for 9 days.
I wanted to try horsesteak and really hoped to have a feast but the steak was AWFUL (and believe me, I'm not a person who often complains if at all but this time I decided to write this review to warn people).
First of all I wanted a medium rare and I got totally rare which I'm not a big fan. But the worst thing was that it was completely cold (yes cold and not even barely warm). And the last but not least the quality of meat was very poor. I managed to eat most of it because I hate to waste food and didn't want to leave the restaurant hungry but it was really a torment and I left this restaurant very dissapoitent.
It's a pity it's my last food in Kazakhstan but will try to remember the previous experience (e.g home made food offered by family during my stay in Saty).
From the little positives in this restaurant is the asparagus cream soup which was really good and the sweet and beautiful waitress girl :) But she then disappeared so even that I could not enjoy (maybe she was embarrassed seeing me disappointed and fighting with this food).
And the nice surprise at the end - a free drink which was also pretty good.
Now for asparagus cream soup, horsesteak with potatoes, griled mushrooms and one beer I paid 12000 tenge (almost 40 euro) and for that money I would expect somet💵hing really good and I regret I didn't spend it for something else.
I can recommend million things in Kazakhstan but for sure not this restaurant.response / report this review -

Amazing horse steaks, delivery and takeaway options. Highly recommended, better not to drink coffee here though.
