  This venue hosted Universiade 2017. It has problems with seats. Some of them have an awful overview on the rink because some additional constructions of cameras placed just in front of you. Also you cannot have clear vision of scoreboards from upper rows, because of lighter constructions. Plastic seats are quite uncomfortable.
  As for international competition the level of staff's English was very poor (not only police but volunteers too).
