  I think that there is nothing worse than this airport. They have really tiny baggage carousel and there were 3 flights arriving, so you can imagine the collapse it caused.

  5 stars, cuz this is my personal record in the smallest international airport ever. One departure gate, only chairs and toilet and absolutely nothing else. Its hilarious!

  Not one of my favourite airports but it does what its meant to do. Ive been coming through this airport since i was about 12 and it really hasnt changed a bit. They got a new luggage belt and thats about it.

  The police/customs will shake you down for 100$ If you do anything wrong. Smoking in the wrong area, littering, If you Even have a hint of alcohol on you they will make you pay up or threaten you by saying they won't let you board your flight. Bring some spare cash with you, much cheaper than another plane ticket.

  Аэропорт не соответсвует званию "Международный" даже одного рукава нет.
  
  Объяаления на казахском объявляет явно не носитель языка. Слово "Рейстi" выговаривает как "Эрэсти" долго думал что это за RST такой.
  
  Служба досмотра пыталась присвоить запасные батарейки упакованные в индивидуальную упаковку.
  
  Багаж выдают долго.

  Главный минус - объявления по громкой связи почти невозможно понять, ни на русском, ни на английском (да и на казахском думаю тоже). Они громкие, но видимо из-за неудачного расположения динамиков ничего не понять.
  Хороший, относительно чистый аэропорт, места хватает.

  Одно название международный, так как вылетает за границу. Условий никаких, тесно, непонятно, не дружелюбный персонал. Руководство!!! Срочно обучить персонал этике и сервису!!!! Если конечно само руководство соответствует этим нормам. Контакный телефон отключен! Других номеров не указывают! Бардак! Просто ужас!

  Аэропорт маленький. Но проблема не в этом Если вы знаете, что вылет из Москвы Аэрофлота задержался на полтора часа, то зачем регистрацию и пограничников делать по расписанию?! Вот объясните мне! Потом вы загоняете народ в зону посадки, где нет ни кафе, да вообще ничего. Даже попить негде взять! И только после этого вы объявляете, что вылет задерживается на полтора часа. Радуйтесь, люди. Сидите на лавках, а некоторые стойте пешком! Да с Москвы самолёт летит 2,5 часа и всё было известно заранее. Где логика? Сидишь и офигеваешь. И наймите другого анонсера Она только по-казахски хорошо, а на английском ох. Это ведь голос, который представляет ваш город!
