Great Hotel with a lot of services and very nice people working there. Gym, pool, saunas, massage, business lounge, rooftop restaurant with a great view of the city, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had and much more. It also offers meetings rooms that you or your company can rent. The business lounge is on the 15th floor with nice views over the city. If you have access to it, you can have soft drinks all day and starting at 5:30 you can also have something to eat with beers or wine. I would strongly recommend the hotel!

Excellent rest in a beautiful hotel
Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday, everything was very pleasant, the service from the reception to the restaurant, the food is excellent, tasty. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the service of the first class is all depending on the level of the guests. The excellent location of the hotel, around a lot of shops and attractions, a great view from the rooms. Everything is chic, we really enjoyed it, I will stay only in this hotel next time.

I stayed with a friend of mine at this hotel who has a Marriott Reward Gold status. I am myself an SPG Platinum member. We were appalled at the customer service from the moment we landed. The duty Manager was rude. They remove food from the buffet without informing you. Hot water goes off while you are in shower and when you as, you are told that it is under maintenance. Shower and tap throws rusty dark water, a serious health hazard. Please see attached puctures. They don't bother to inform you in advance and are not apologetic. Junior staff are generally ok but senior management should be replaced and Marriott should seriously consider disenfranchising this hotel. Certainly the worst experience in a five star hotel so far.

The hotel and room was fine. The toilet was smelling smoke for the whole period of stay. The room cleaning and operations services were terrible. The room isn't cleaned every morning but at some point of day or on request. However, during three days it was cleaned only once. Operations were slow and strange. I've requested a child bed while booking, reminded during registration and called them three times before it was delivered to my room almost before sleep.
All personnel were nice and polite. But performance was very poor.

Won't stay there and will recommend to avoid it.

Rooms are fine although the suits are not spacious. The ground floor bar needs professional staff that can use credit card machines!

The best Sunday brunch place. Seafood and oysters are fresh and tasty. Yammy place.
Best location. Great amenities. Must stay hotel. Much better than rixos or raddison.

Breakfast is great. Rooms are comfortable. Internet's slow (less than 1Mb). Gym is mediocre. Pool's small. Business center is alright. Location is great. Overall a good hotel.

Glamorous hotel. Staff is not bad but is not good as want. Room is big and nice. Very difficult to open windows. Usually in such kind of hotels you fill fresh air. But in this hotel ventilation system works bad and rooms are dry and hot. Shower is equipped with slippery valve it is impossible to change temperature with soapy hand.

Good experience. Staff were friendly vs other FSU countries. 15F Executive Lounge and staff were great, very attentive and professional.

Great room, great views, very clean, really nice bathrooms, except during a 30kph windstorm my windows sounded like they would be sucked out

Pharmacy and supermarket almost next door. A great Georgian restaurant is .5km away and starts with a D.

I will stay here again.

This is certainly the place to stay for business travelers visiting Astana. Management is excellent, the staff is attentive, and it's close to most everything. The Executive Lounge is a great place to relax after work and the view is spectacular. The hotel restaurant and lobby bar are great, and there's no shortage of good restaurants around the area. Another plus is there's a grocery store just a five minute walk from the hotel inside a 'smaller' shopping mall. All-in-all, this is best hotel I've stayed in in Astana, and I've stayed in more than a half dozen of them. The workout areas is a little small, but very good and the equipment is in good condition. The pool, spa, and sauna are excellent. Give it a try.
