"World most expensive using washing machine"
I asked one of receptionists about laundry service, and she said it would cost about 500 KZT. So I wen back to the reception with my clothes and gave it to them. (other receptionist took my clothes by the time).
After few hours, the receptionist who took my clothes called my room phone and asked me about 10200 KZT and I had to pay.
I was kind of shocked and asked why the price is so much different to what I heard, and then she told me the reason with a small paper she wrote. (They did not even ask me to proceed laundry with this amount.)
I have never seen like this kind of exorbitant price for a single use of washing machine. Absolutely horrible experience.

Socks: 10 x 200 = 2000 KZT

Perfect hotel, clean, well designed and welcoming staff Only backdraw is breakfast starting at 7:30 am which might be a little late for visitors planning an earlier start for their day

Very good and worm hotell. They have nice and good room with a safebox. One thing tvey can make better is the brekfast.. the brekfast make me that i dont like to come back. Because breakfast is very importent. But i realy like the hotell

The accommodation here is good with well sized rooms for the price. The staff is very friendly and hospitable and can speak good English and provided us with handy tips to get around Astana and enjoy the nightlife. They even upgraded us to corner rooms easily.
The issue is unavailability of appliances to make your own tea, coffee or hot water, they provide thermos. The breakfast is not English breakfast that one is used to getting in hotels.response / report this review -

Location is far from everywhere, it is perhaps located between the main station and the city, but travelling to anywhere involves at least 10 minutes cab ride. Upon check in, I was given a non-duplex room which I booked, and an ordinary room was given without reason which I was ok, but the air-condition was not working, it was only worked for few minutes and shut down itself, I called the reception and had someone fixed it, and again shut down after they left, it was very irritating as I was very tired after my long flight, I asked for a room change or upgrade but the reception lady pays no interest and intention to change despite the fact that the room I was given was not the one I booked for and I was given a reason that all duplex room were full and can only be entertained the next morning.
Breakfast is free for all but don't expect too much. Water in room is only available when their cafe is opens that means you won't be able to get bottle of water at night, so please prepare yourself. Surrounding area is safe but nothing around. Room itself was actually ok, quite spacious, wifi worked pretty well and bed was comfortable as usual to be fair. This hotel is deserves for 4 stars but minus 2 stars due to unhelpful staffs and unhappy check in experience.response / report this review -

Really good Hotel and good price also! Rooms really good space very modern and bathroom also big and modern. Nice restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner

Отель заявлен 4 звезды.
Забронировал номер через booking, а спустя 15 мин уже вселился

Расположен в старом городе, правый берег.
Пара остановок автобусом до ж/д вокзала;
Находится на ветке 10 автобуса курсирующего между ж/д вокзалом и аэропортом;
Современное 4-х эт. здание, красивый внутренний интерьер,
Жил в 1-местном - всё удовлетворило: двухспальная кровать, диванчик, стол, душ кабинка, плазма. Чисто , уютно. Цена 37$.
Персонал- т.к жил всего 10 часов и общался только с девушкой на рецепшене: приветливая , компетентная.

Не смог поужинать, в этот день обслуживали банкеты;
А так из минусов всё.
Буду ли останавливаться в этом отеле находясь в Астане? - Да
