it's a shopping center, with ice skating place in the middle, several cafe's, a cinema, playground for kids on the top floor.

Good size shopping centre with an ice rink, shops and a few restaurants. We ate at the coffee shop on the ground floor which had good pizzas, pasta and coffee.

The biggest mall in Aktau where you can find shops and cafe, cinema and skating ring, entertainment center for children on the 2nd floor and beauty salons on the ground.
