Nice place for a vacation with family. It hasn't got the best tracks for skiing, cause it's not for that. Houses on trees are amazing!

Great place. Friendly instructors and good service in the Georgian restaurant (attention, the cuisine is not Georgian, only the name of the restaurant is). Food there was generally ok, although 3 out of 5 dishes we ordered were clearly less than tasty.

The territory is great, the nature is marvelous, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is polite and competent. The hotel complex contains the following entertainment facilities: trolley, rope park, paintball, football and volleyball court, and many more. Definitely advise this place!

The location is good but service and the staff is terrible. They are so rude. We paid about 300$ for 2 days but staff didnt help while I was carrying the lugeges. The tree village is so high And the lift dosent work. At the advirtisements it shows good georgian restaurant but it doesnt work. And the other Kazakh restaurant has very limited choises.. at the breakfast all the meat products include pork. When I ask for something without pork, the waiter insult me. I bring some baby food from my home for my 1 year old baby. And the waiter warned me to not to bring exrtra food from outside. But I told them this is baby food, after that time he close the heaters for punish us.. I buy sled ticket for my 4 year old daughter but they didnt let her to sled because they dont allowed kids for sleding under 5 years old. But they sold me the tickets.. my daughter cried 1 hour.: it was teribble experiance.. I dont advice this hotel anybody

Mixed feelings. Though it is definitely an exciting place for children and youth, there is not much of real wilderness. Also, service is really lacking - most of staff are not even knowleadgeable of what their resort offers. Maybe for local standards it is 'high class', but I would give it about 3.5 stars as overall experience.

Nice location to go out of the city. I would recommend tiny houses on the trees.
