They arrange for a tour in the farm where the visitor could feed the animals and pick fresh vegetables and fruits. They rent bicycles to have your own tour in the farm. A great place to spend sometime with the family.
Nice place for a family barbecue picnic, and outing for kids. They have bicycles as well of all sizes to ride all around the farm, and a kids area with slides and swings.
Sadeer
Entry per adult 1kd, Maids and kids free, they also give you free water when you enter the farm
They have bikes (1kd) and bagii for rent
And cars with seating (5kd) takes a tour for the whole farm
It’s better to rent a bike than walking 🚶🏼 I got tired because there is no entertainment. So better rent bikes
We order pizza (2kd) and beat root (0.500kd)
Nice seating areas
There is nothing special inside!
I think from time to time the do some events so if there was an event it will be must fun
Staff so friendly
Fun place, not too visitor focused but nice for a quick tour and picking up local produce.
First of all this is really far. It's literally near Abdali close to the Iraq border close to 1.15 hours from Kuwait City. But if you love driving and want to explore northern Kuwait go ahead (location pic below). I called up in the morning before leaving. I was told that there are bikes which can be hired for 1Kd per bike with an additional entrance charge 1KD per person( children allowed free entry). In total they had no more than 10 bikes and we were disappointed when they told us that none is available and have been already taken. The other option was walking around. They didn't have much to offer. Sadly, there were no signs or a guide who could instruct where u are heading to. There was not much produce, but in the entire 1KM only the worthwhile produce was the garden area where they had lettuce, kale, chives, basil and rosemary for pick up(pic below). A small box cost 3 KD and a big box to collect cost 5 KD. The goat farm was pathetic with nothing much to offer for the kids again. They also had a sale shop and cafeteria. The sale shop sold local honey but was quite overpriced for 18KD (picture of the bottle size below) Other than that all other stuff in the shop were stuff readily available in kuwait stores. A farm which looked like cashing in for the fact that people don't have much avenues of this kind in kuwait. If I am going to spend 3 hours of my day on travel to and fro from the farm, I also need a good offer in return. Highly disappointed. Please go only if you are missing a farm feel or craving for some greenery.
Great to see green in kuwait. Well maintained and the best part is we can do harvesting.
Nice escape from sedentary city life
الشمندر عندهم عسل بجميع الألوان.
Nice to spend a weekend. Very good experience harvesting vegetables and herbs. Lots of livestock, hens, doves, goat and sheep.
