Thank you so much to Dr. Abdullah Kaled Alhajaj together with the two attended nurses for being passionate.. they are very calm as I entered their room ,and that made me feels comfort during my tooth extraction today. GOOD JOB !!!

I came today to get check aby a doctor and sick leave I was expecting to visit a accommodating doctor, unfortunately I got to this very rude one Dr. Hassan Khairalla he didn't even check me on what's happening to me he just talk to me rudely, I came to get sick leave cause I'm having heavy menstruation with body and headache I was shaking and I feel tired and yet when I go to see a doctor this is what a patient will get? What a professional! I'm so disappointed. Doctors should not treat their patients like that, asking a patient do you have green card to get 2 days rest? Do people don't get tired doctor?

It’s been a long time since I faced such a professional and passionate doctor as doctor Fadak. She was so much into details , spent with me a good amount of time to know all my symptoms. Her examination was on point and showed her knowledge .

i got my teeth removed here when i was a child and i had the WORST expirience in this clinic. they litterally just pulled my tooth out with no anesthesia. i mean i get that its free but it was SUPER painful. parents, pls dont bring ur children here.

It wasn’t as bad as the review. I was there for medical and dental. Doctors and nurses are very helpful, even the lady at the reception that I went today, was very kind. It was even faster if u made appointment online. Like today. I finished my dental appointment even before my actual appointment. I heard lots of negative review regards with the dental, I was surprised it was the opposite when I was there last month. and I was impressed. My issue was fixed on the spot and I returned again today for dental checkup and it was efficient!!! They are both senior experienced doctors who attended and fixed my teeth. What more could I ask?? For a visit 2kd
And X-ray 5kd and my teeth are fixed. God bless Kuwait!! (By the way I am a foreigner too)response / report this review -

Bad service Very long time waiting

expect the following :
1- you will be yelled at for absolutely anything/nothing . and if you respond they will call the police for you and fine you a large fine
2- you will receive absolutely the lowest grade medication possible
3- you will get diagnosed wrong if you are there for any reason other than Respiratory infection / GE / Headache / bone and muscle aches (the very regular stuff) .
4- you will wait for a very long time because staff will be chatting with someone or on the phone right in-front of you as you are waiting and desperate to get done with the whole thing
5- if you are going for the dental clinic you better come at 5 in the morning to get a number and you better accept the fact you will leave with more problems than what you came in for consultation originally .response / report this review -

We had very bad experience the doctors are very rude and have no manners. We r treated like dirt. Shayma from the dental dept was very rude. Getting angry, shouting at us for asking small questions. Also room 4 clinic dr from ground floor was rude. They think they are doing us a favor. I hope they will train their staff to be more polite and have concern for patients, after all we are paying for every service in the clinic. It is better to get treated in a private clinic than come here. The keralite nurses in the vaccination and temperature clinic for children are very polite and have concern.

I went to dentist clinic..you need to be there as early as possible and finish early..ppl there seemed to be qualified but ask them if you have any doubts or questions as they receive so many patients and can't explain everything to you

People are who working there, attitude and the way how they talk. I went to one doctor she is lady sitting in room 1. Very unpolite and rud. She was almost shouting at me. I dont why she is sitting there just to give everybody panadol. Very bad (((
