  Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with West Elm kuwait. Me and my wife saw a Media Table that we liked, asked the salesman for price, he told us the price is 310 KD. We immediatly said yes since we liked it a lot. Then we saw the same exact table in another corner of the store with price tag around 480 KD., we asked the salesman to double check, he did and he was confident that the price is 310. Even though we were not convinced, we paid and waited eagerly for the table to arrive. Next day, customer serves calls saying that we have to pay another 170 KD because the salesman gave us the wrong price. Broke our hearts, wife is irritated, and my money wont be refunding to my visa until 14 days. Still waiting for my money back to get another media table for our new apartment since I am buying furniture on budget.
