  عباره عن شقق للايجار لمده طويله فيها ثلاث غرف وحمامين ومطبخ وصاله واسمه منتج وربه بسبب وجود جم نادي رياضي وحمامات سباحه ويطل على البحر حلو لكنه لم يستغل للسياحه الداخليه والخارجيه سوء اداره
