  They scratched all of my car’s windshields, windows, and side mirrors. I now find it difficult to drive at night because of the infinite number of circles that appear on all of windshields, windows, and mirrors when there are opposing lights, or from the brake lights of the car ahead of me.
  
  The same goes for the car’s body, it is now full of infinite, minute scratches that appear as circles.
  
  The straw that broke the camel’s back, and this showed that they do not have any kind of training or experience in car polishing, was the damage they did to the roof. Actually, it shows they were not thinking at all! I did not ask them to remove the cement spots on the roof because I knew it would ruin the roof. They used brute force to scratch off the cement resulting in scratches and grooves where the cement spots were. I now have to repaint all of the roof because the grooves are too deep, exposing the bare metal which could lead to rust in the long run.
  
  It will cost me, literally, hundreds of Kuwait Dinars to fix what they broke.
