  The friendliest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered. The service is outstanding. At the swimming pool, someone even came round to clean my sunglasses! That's a first. I highly recommend this establishment.

  Waldorf Astoria Kuwait. Flawless romantic dinner reservation experience. Attentive staff, exquisite cuisine, and enchanting ambiance created an unforgettable evening. Looking forward to my next visit, where I'll book a room for an elevated experience. Highly recommended for couples seeking a magical stay.

  This is certainly one of the best hotels I've ever visited. In fact, only plus points and only small suggestions.
  The rooms are sufficiently big, new, well-equipped and of course clean. In the room you can find essentially all you need (except milk / cream for coffee - only powder creamer, this can be certainly improved). Very important are the good sound isolation, quiet AC, comfortable beds and pillows. Welcome fruits and sweets with personal message were very well-received. The personnel is exceptionally friendly (and this is not because they expect tips for this as in some countries!). The check in process could be a bit quicker (especially if you arrive at 2am) - this seems to be related to some bureaucracy. The location is directly at the Avenues Malls - one of the main attractions of the Kuwait City. The hotel is a bit far away from the "old city" - you will need a taxi of Careem (local Uber) that works well.

  Lovely hotel lovely experience lovely staff and lovely location! We enjoyed our holiday so much! The hotel is so clean and the rooms are so spacious and super clean. Loved the pool and the kids club. The location of the hotel in the mall made it super easy for us for shopping and walking around. A special thank you to Fatima from the front desk. She made sure our little boy had a wonderful time providing toys, balloons, sweets, and a sweet heartfelt note before our departure. Thank you Waldorf Astoria kuwait team for the lovely experience. Can’t wait to be back again

  This is a beautiful hotel.
  
  The rooms are spacious and very clean. The service is excellent. Very well equipped gym, Lana the personal trainer is very knowledgeable. The hotel has an excellent spa. Wonderful pool area with friendly staff , Arvee the Lifeguard, is only one of the very helpful and friendly staff at the Health and Spa floor.
  
  Thanks to all the staff for making it such a comfortable stay at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait hotel.
