  I believe this is one of our best cafe in Kuwait, the owner started from scratch and she aced it, it has nice vibes, brilliant atmosphere and delicious sweets, they have 2 branches one in Kuwait City which is smaller, and the other one is in Shuwaikh which is bigger in space. I love their cortado 👌🏻 must try.

  The best coffee in kuwait!
  The staff is amazing but it’s always crowded especially during the morning in weekdays! You have to wait in a line for 10 to 15 mins for coffee! To me that’s way too much time to grab coffee! But still the coffee they service is so fresh and amazing!

  The original speciality house, now it's a marble trap. Lemony coffee made extra nice with the loud ear bashing music.

  I heard a lot about this place but when I went there I found it was overrated the coffee was good but the music is way way way too loud they barely hear my order and didn't finish my coffee I had to get out

  The service was very bad, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my coffee, when I asked for it they told me to wait, even though I had told them I had to leave, I asked for a refund and they gave me excuses and insisted on me staying even though I had to leave. I asked them politely for a compensation for my coffee and the workers would do nothing but aggressively insist that I stay, if the owner of this establishment reads this I just wanted to know where you hired a staff that is so rude, aggressive, doesn't care about customer needs.
  I was really looking forward to going to this new cafe after hearing so much about it, I also gave it the benefit of the doubt and did not listen to what people said about it being over priced/rated, but I left the store with my friends never wanting to come back, mad because of this horrible service and how I was treated, we left dealing used, we went in wasted 30 minutes, asked for a refund which was rudely denied by the staff, and We walked out with only one coffee even though we payed for two, it wasn't even worth the 25 min wait for it, and it jurist ruined any chances of either of us ever coming back

  Extremely bad customer service. I asked to change my coffee; the guy said "you have to pay for another one" out loud! Everything else is good.
