  Pathetic now! I have been a customer for many years now, but lately the service has been very very poor. I had requested for a simple visa for UAE, and expected my travel consultant to know the criteria at the very least. They applied for the visa for my infant child, and the visa got rejected, they did not know how to proceed, they suggested me to travel without a visa saying that I will get it on arrival. Since I had already lost USD 300 on visa and travel consultant fee, I insisted on some written guidance for this procedure, as I did not want to lose more money on ticket and hotel cancellations. Upon my insistence the team came to me with another ridiculous idea that I have a 50 50 chance I will get the visa on arrival, and so I should apply again from UAE, for which the charge would be USD 100. This is not the only instance where they have messed up my trip it happened once before as well, but I thought I should give them a chance. I would highly recommend going to some knowledgeable travel consultant instead, and today is my last dealing with travel spirit.
