Promotion items missing. Today I not got nivea men deo derent. When I inquire to customer care he lied to me first and ask me to look home centre n promotion area near McDonald. Finally admitted .. Stock will come tomorrow

It used to be a place where the world came to shop. these days the empty shelves and a lack of basics means it's a place with lots of nothing. it is sad that such a great store has been reduced to a shadow of what it used to be.

Sultan Center used to be a leader in his field but now a days with the rise of competitors and the change of management they lack the element that defrinriate them from the market. And they put campaigns and slogans they cannot commit to.

One of the oldest department store of its kind. The wholesale centers are also worth visiting just as the speciality centers. Exotic fruit is one strong area for mawardi, navel oranges, american red apples, etc. Cup o soup is another speciality section with good international brands like Continental (one very tasty soup is Laksha ). Arabic sweets is another speciality section. Pre-cut fruit trays and assorted fruit baskets is another speciality section. Great serxice, great staff, ample parking, etc. Salmiya even has live crayfish/ lobster.

Good staffs, acceptable neat and clean environment , well arranged products, competitive price and quality products.easily accessible location on the side of 4th ring road.. I am happy to shop from tsc.😊.. i recommend this shop

Minimum pay, low quality employees, no help if you need it, uninspired display of products that are specific to the 3rd world to begin with. Sultan Center is a shadow of what it used to be.
