Champion Spa is a great place when compared to many of the gyms in Kuwait. The staff are helpful and not two-faced like most ladies gyms, the atmosphere is uplifting without being loud. My only gripe is the pool. Its just not built for serious swimmers. It’s kind of shaped funny, has fountains in the middle and an aqua therapy bar at one end so there’s no place to “flip round” when you do a length. Plus there’s always a bunch of ladies kind of bobbing around because it’s more a relaxing pool than an exercise area. Of course until the aqua aerobics begin then you’ve no chance!

Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Great 23 metres pool (in the old gym). Perfect location. Gets a little busy at times but overall not bad for its annual membership price of 300kd per year!
