The service is bad (when crowded) but usual times its emptyish and the food is good

The service is great, that's why there are 2 stars. One of the main problems isn't something the restaurant can fix, but the children running around and screaming unchecked by their parents really ruins a dining experience. The bread and butter is always good. Everything else, as usual, is mediocre. Not bad, just not anything special.

Service and ambience great(4/5). Food not that great(3/5) steak not juicy,Couldn't enjoy the authentic taste of steak. Breads were straight from oven very soft yummy with garlic butter. Soup and grilled prawns were good. Mash potatoes were not properly mashed lots of lumps and potato peel were there.

American in Kuwait i love having a roadhouse with great food choices to be able to eat at. The sweet tea remind me of home and that is sometimes all that is needed. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Food is cooked to how you want or they will fix any mistakes.

Nice big place with good atmosphere. Very good service. Steak was good as we prefer well cocked.. it was still juicy with 2 sides. We missed the peanuts though.. as they were out of stock. Good portion. Overall good experience.

Great steaks. Free peanuts in shells and freshly made bread rolls with cinnamon butter. Popular with expats and locals. Kids menu available. Attentive staff that line dance to some songs.

There is something inherently wrong with a "Steak House" that brings you a steak and asks you to cut the steak to see if it's cooked they way you want it. If the cook doesn't know how to cook a steak they way you ordered it, he should be washing dishes instead of cooking.
