Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The hotel location is great , with superb breakfast and some of the best restaurant in Kuwait. they also have a Shisha bar too. The only issue is the parking but if your staying at the hotel they have free valet parking.

Very good luxury hotel with a great location in Kuwait. Very professional service and attentive. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and explained all details amazingly. Breakfast was really food with all the items you want. Very friendly service by Nanda. The hotel is located next to corniche so you can walk in the nights around this area.

The Symphony complex is like an ultra glam place with state of the art shops for watches, electronics, clothing etc. There were chocolate cafes and some eateries but we were looking for a place with Japanese cuisine. After a winding search through escalators, going up and down..we gave up and headed out. We could still smell the smell of perfumes and opulence of the place on our clothes. There were hardly any people shopping in this place. I would visit again just to admire the various products maybe

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Kuwait! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (Luna Resturant) (appreciate this!) and the restaurant staff deserves a special thanks. I had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Their Ramadhan buffet is disgusting estagferAllah. My husband and i with 3 kids that barely ate anything paid 40 KD for a buffet that's not even worth 40 fils. Buffet had no seafood nor meat except for ozi. Mas5ara sara7a.

Shower is below standard. Not maintained properly. Mini bar items good quality but low quantity. Windows not cleaned so why bother book a room with a view. Staff are OK. Room service food quality not good. Ordered many items only could tolerate and eat one. Meat very hard. Pasta very salty. Overall I would not recommend it.

Upscale luxury hotel with sea side view. Big rooms with fare mini bar refilled every day. Free 3 prices laundry and airport pickup and drop. Good and friendly staff service. But at a distance from both city and airport.

Had a very good stay here. Rooms are very comfortable with great sea views. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm taking a star off for the fitness facilities - which is quite mediocre.

People are courteous and place is practically designed. View from the 9th floor is magnificent! Food can really use a revamp as this is our second meeting held here and we got served the same stuff. Some food items that were supposed to be held warm were out at room temp.

I had a long stay of 11 months in this hotel. The bedrooms are great, the bed super comfortable and everything pretty cleaned. The staff is very welcoming. Cuccina restaurant has a nice buffet dinner every day. Breakfast has variety and the food served is prepared to match the habits of westerns and middle eastern people. The gym is great and so is the swimming pool. There is also a fantastic SPA. The view is breathtaking.

Hotel has a good location and facilities, connected to a mall with 2 good resurants one of the sultan chef however needs refurbishment rooms bit run down even their suites.. and staff to be well trained on 5 star service. Other than that hotel offers all comfort and requirements..recommended for business people and families.. but if you are looking for posh not the place

Want to celebrate an intimate moment with your loved one. Head to this upscale 18th floor restaurant called Luna at Symphony. We wanted to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and were looking at a refreshing place in kuwait. Luna was our answer. I can say it was one of my best evenings. It's definitely a tad bit expensive but trust me it was worth it. There is a fixed price with a set menu. The food was delicious and the view was awesome. They have private corners where you can enjoy your own time. To top it all they had a gorgeous girl playing some romantic music at our table. You can surprise your partner with some balloons, flowers, live music or simply a good romantic table decor.. go and savor your moment and turn it into a memory 💏

It's a 4 star hotel and has one restaurant that serves intercontinental cuisines, snacks & coffee. It's a bit expensive for what is serves but the ambiance is good. Also has Valet parking

Great colours in the lobby and loved the lounge area with complimentary dates and coffee. That's how all lobby lounges should be! Would definitely stay here again if ever I found myself visiting Kuwait again. Lost a star for the bias concierge services. Do your own research for advice.

Fantastic complex for those looking for brides, because the processing done more for this type of place and has a month to replace the mobile phone accessories, which cavaraty Kuwait and that is enough to visit.
