Bad experience when i go to reception they tell me wait for 30 minutes the doctors take a lunch. I agree with that because i need treatment and i feel really sick and dizziness.. The doctor and nurse came maybe after 1 hours left. nurse came and followed by doctors maybe after few minutes. For someone who has sick u treat like that and take money away.
Seconds i ask for 2 days sick leave she say no i will give u only 1 days! r u kidding me??who sick?2who feel. I need rest that's why i am go to you.. Approve 2 days sick leave will not take your salary doctor.

My friend recommended me this place. I have been visiting this hospital since over an year now for physiotherapy for my mother. She had Osteoarthritis knee and ligament tear. The physiotherapist doctors were a boon. They are very experienced and handled my mom with a very friendly and warm nature. She visited many other big hospitals but never found such good results like with shifa physio docs. Now she has been trained in walking stairs without support as well. I recommend them highly to anyone with any injury.

Please don't go for paediatric doctor, seems he doesn't know anything. I told him, my son was not gaining weight, he prescribed us a milk powder of constipation. After that my son had loose motions 6 times a day.

We just met a Doctor. We will not name the doctor at the moment since we wish to give him the benefit of our doubt and will post his name after following his course of treatment for a week(as advised by the doctor). His questioning of symptoms was very poor and I don't know whether he was paying any attention.
After informing him the basic pain of the stomach, his immediate course of further investigation was not to ask more questions regarding symptoms instead he asked us to go for a series of blood tests and an ultra sound. Really the doctor didn't even do a physical inspection or ask about anymore symptoms.
It has been 2 days since we are following his course of treatment and till now no improvement.
If this course of treatment does not improve the ailments I will surely name the doctor.

I think it is time for you to consider all the reviews below if you would keep your credibility.
I was forced to write the review to bring into your notice of the unpleasant experience from one of your staff member (Ms. Rani-Laboratory Department) during my visit to your hospital on August 10th, 2018. The staff was using abusive language without any provocation and which was appalling and disrespectful.

I hope you would look seriously into this matter, and take stern decision to avoid such unacceptable behavior towards the customer. Your organization has been known to provide good service, and such events tarnish the hospital name, so please address this issue soon.

Worst hospital in kuwait. I was having a miscarriage and the gynaecologist asked me to go home. She didn’t check me. Poor . If I could give you 0 star I will. Do not even bother wasting your time going there. Poor services. They don’t care about your health. They’re only after your money

Very rude staff. My wife wanted to do her scan by a lady doctor, when the doctor's assistant started yelling at her that she is just wasting doctor's time. This was all after the payment. Finally, we returned while paying for the scan, but without getting it done.
Better look for other options.
