worst post office ever , my pakage arrived a month ago and nobody called. when i came to get it at 11:30am yesterday noone was at work. now I'm at the office at 8:15am and still there's nobody there.
worst part is that it shouldn't be at this post office from the first place.

The local employees are very friendly and welcoming also welling to help.
But don’t look at the other like speed or over service , in the end it’s a government office with all my respect it’s not a privet sector to expect the quality.

very bad services in safat post office . nobody working there only TIMEPASS . only EATING & mobile chatting . Parcels service very very bad nobody answer there.

also duty is over within 5 mins closed all door nobody parcel sending or received there . go with private Co. like DHL, ARAMAX, EMS,

Absolutely pathetic service. The staff working there think they own the place.

I went to pick up a post that had arrived at the post office as per the MOC tracking website. The guy sitting there said the systems are down and outright refused to help me or guide me even. I visited 3 times in 2 weeks and each time i got some lame reason. On my last visit, i demanded to see the manager there. After 5 mins a middle aged guy came to the window and started talking in rude Arabic tone. Upon explaining him the situation, he plainly refused that they have received the post and told me that i should ask the sender to send the post again and just left saying something in Arabic.

Each time i visited i felt like i have stepped back in the 19th century. Where talking rudely and belaming the customer was the norm. Someone should teach them how it should be done.
