One stop for buying a wide variety of products. Popular place to shop for furniture, houseware, electronics, cars, and more. plenty of free parking available in the multi story parking in the building and underground. The shop has free assembly, delivery for furniture and big purchases.

Mixed up experience. Their delivery experience was very bad. They sent me the wrong item, returned back. Then no information regarding the new delivery. Try to call customer care and delivery dept. Not reachable most of the time, 2 times they promised me to call back and nothing happened, then I had to visit the showroom again and made the complaint, after that they did reschedule the delivery.. total mess. But appreciate some staffs in safat. But one arab lady in the customer care section in safat is very rude. No smile or welcome. She is not interested in customer care.. :(

1-Very bad delivery service for tiles
Tiles 50% of tiles broken
2-some Item number of tiles in the shop different from the store
So they deliver wrong items
3-if you want to returned items , you go to sofat home request it
Then wait for the responsible to do pictures on location (i.e shalet)
4-go to location(shalet) after 3 days to
Supervice company collection the wrong and broken tiles
6-Then go again to sofat home to customer service then casher to collect your money
5- then do again a buy bill pay
6-wait for 4 days
7-then you discover that they bring the wrong again

Close to being the one-stop-shop for all your home furniture needs. Variety of items at different price levels. Shopping here is not intuitive, though. You're encouraged to walk to different sections while you're only interested in a particular product
