  So far a great gym, it has all the utilities you need, classes that you can join for either subscriptions or free depends on the class, swimming pool, I didn't try their sauna yet but looks solid, bathrooms & showers, a massage room, a small kitchen booth where you can buy nutritional meals or protein bars, also the gym has some merch you can buy like gym bags, cloths, equipment and such, friendly staff that are ready to help, good music, their is lockers you can rent for 5 KD + 5 KD insurance, has parking and open 24/7.
  My only complaint is their Air Conditioning, it's always cold, my shoulders and neck were stiff and it hurt my body while working out.

  Fantastic gym that is not crowded like oxygen or platinum. Plenty of machines and free weights, cable machines, pool, spa tub, and cardio room. Open 24 hours to help busy schedules. Never a bad person to ruin your gym experience which is refreshing to see. Sells supplements and gear for the gym as well. Barber on-site for a quick trim if necessary.

  Worst management/ staff ever. the people that work there are trash full of attitude and very disrespectful. I do not recommend signing up with this gym! And I strongly ask for people to consider switching.

  Have been training at this gym for approximately 2 months. The variety in equipment is unprecedented. Although it may seem dated, you will not struggle to find a machine that suits your needs.
  
  Only issue is that there are way too many children allowed inside the premises.

  Pros:
  
  - one of the best bodybuilding gyms in Kuwait
  - for bigger infers and hardcore bodybuilders
  - all new machines and equipment and two of each machine.
  - huge and spacious gym
  - well organised and structured
  - has a big swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna
  - the guys who workout there are super sexy and hot
  - staff is very helpful and supportive
  - there is s hair dresser at the gym
  
  Cons:
  
  - it is in a basement of a building therefore no sunlight or Windows and low ceiling and florescent lights
  - avoid coming in crowded times because of the ventilation can be not as good due the low ceiling.
  - the gym personal trainers have god complex and attitude and they act they know everything when in fact they are just balloons from the gutter
  - members are mainly Arabs and they can be extremely loud and distracting when they talk and chat and kid with each other shouting and yelling.
