I have been on the lookout for a decent ladies gyms In kuwait with lots of equipments, affordable prices, and extended opening hours. I worked out in many countries but kuwait seems to offer rip-offs when it comes to ladies gyms.
came across this and all I can see are complaints about it being pricey!!
What men pay in a year in Kuwait equals what women pay in 2 months, sometimes 1!! 40kd per month is nothing for this type of gym. I wish you guys would open a ladies gym at that price with these equipments. It's 2018 we need to stop being sexists!

one of the best gym in Kuwait, swimming, steam room, gym equipment's are equipped sufficiently so whenever you visit you can find few free machines to start your workout. off-course maintained very clean and captains are so helpful, we should follow the diet and workout plan as they prescribe to maintain healthy life. finally the price is very high.

however i follow,
Eat more sweat moreif you don't bother about pricing then this will be your place to workout. >

reason I gave it 4 stars is the price 40KD per month is expensive. Once you get past the price it is a decent gym.Lots of machines as well as free weights, so you won't be waiting long for any equipment. I love the steam room as it makes you feel good after a nice workout. I suggest maybe turning down the temp in the steam room as it is set at 50c over 120 degrees.

Advanced equipments, Nice View, Many machines of the same type , wide variety for the same group of muscles , very clean and gets cleaned regurally , but expensive , 40 K.D. per month
