I have booked and paid for in advance a Deluxe double room with a sea side view. However; when I wanted to check in, they said your room is not available and they were fully booked and gave me a room with parking lot view. Manger was not helpful. 1 Elevator was not working, and the wait times were long to get the elevator. The hotel mentions it offers a workout facility, but they don't have 1.
