  Im re-rating Pizzetta, where I previously gave it 5 stars, and unfortunately now it no longer deserves anything more than 1 star. The service is really poor. We waited over 1 hour for our pizzas, and that wasn't enough for them to serve it. We constantly asked about our pizzas, specially after its been more than 30 minutes after finishing our appetisers but the waiters kept saying "its coming sir, 1 minute sir". We ended up cancelling our pizzas and left while we are really disappointed. We had a guest with us who was visiting Kuwait for 1 night. So that was his only dinner in Kuwait after we wanted for him to try Pizzetta, but unfortunately we really looked like bad hosts. Never eating in Pizzetta again, nor recommending it for anyone ever again.

  They don't give you free appetizers such as bread unless you ask for it, also small portion comparing to the price.

  Didn't like the food. Service was OK. Slightly overpriced.
