I'm a regular Customer at hiteen branch very good food but some staff are rude that's why I give it 3 stars I asked the cashier Maria or Mariam not sure of her name the morning shift 8:30 am if they have ice she said yes I will bring your drink have a seat she brought my drink with no ice I asked why no ice she said the ice machine is broken I asked her for my money back she went back in and put some ice in my drink and put it in my table in a very rude manner and not even apologizing.

best place to by a light meal free if fat or grap a juice or a coffee ..you can also go there for reading a book as the place is decorated and designed to look like a cafteria bookshop
